“Leaders need to plan for post -pandemic work scenarios”

As the pandemic rages and with a larger set of population getting vaccinated, leaders need to plan for post -pandemic work scenarios. The 4 R’s provide a framework for the same:

• Right Balancing: Arrive at the right mix of flexible teams for work from home, work from anywhere or work from office.
• Relook work delivery: Evaluate existing tools and methodologies for their effectiveness and plan for pre-pandemic levels of output.
• Rework employee wellness: Focus on physical and mental dimensions of employees with the right HR interventions (counselling, etc).
• Reset priorities: Work on the people lifecycle, build resilience in them and structure programs to align with organization vision and goals.
